Hilo Trap and Skeet Range Closing February 14-
15 to Host Statewide Tournament
The County of Hawaii Department of Parks and Recreation
announces that the Hilo Trap and Skeet Range will be closed to
public shooting on Saturday, February 14, and Sunday, February
15, to accommodate a statewide tournament.
The Pacific International Trapshooting Association (PITA) will hold
its 2015 State Championship February 13 through February 16 at
the Hilo Trap and Skeet Range. PITA welcomes the public to
attend its free tournament and watch the competitors.
Normal operating hours will resume Wednesday, February 18,
when the Hilo Trap and Skeet Range will open for public use at
12 p.m. Range schedules are available online at:
http://www.hawaiicounty.gov/pr-recreation/.
