IV. BUSINESS OF COMMITTEE
A. The Action Committee will discuss the merits of, and will decide whether to, form an
investigatory subcommittee to prepare recommendations to amend the Hawaii County
General Plan during the comprehensive review of the General Plan initiated by the
Planning Director, with comments due by June 6, 2015.
B. The Action Committee will discuss the merits of, and decide whether to, form an
investigatory subcommittee to research and make recommendations for ways to improve
public access to the shoreline areas and/or mountain areas in North Kohala.
C. The Action Committee will review the draft Annual Report of their progress and goals.

Notice: If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five working
days (prior to meeting date) of becoming a lobbyist {Article 15, Section 2-91.3 (b), Hawaii County
Code}. A lobbyist means “any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spend more
than five hours in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to
influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with
public officials.” {Article 15, Section 2-91.3(a) (6), Hawaii County Code}
