ADJOURNMENT Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawaii Remised Statutes CHRS") Section 92-3.5 (d), the Mayor's Committee on People with Disabilities will be Conducting this meeting Via Videoconference. If the Videoconference is lost for more than a short period of time, the meeting will be terminated. Pursuant to Section 92-7 HRS, Committee Member Pauline Aughe will be participating in this meeting via videoconference from her residence. NOTE., if you require an accommodation or auxiliary, and/or Services to participate in this meeting (i.e.., sign language interpreter, large print, etc.) please call Hawaii County Office of Aging at 951-8500 at least six business days before the meeting. NOTICE To LOBBYISTS If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist (Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawaii County Code). A lobbyist means, "any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials." (Article 15, Section 2-91.3(a)(0), Hawaii County Code.)
