Our sub -committee's regularly scheduled meeting is on the last Tuesday of the
month. In order to comply with the request regarding the December 161h date for
sub -committee reports I am attaching our November minutes and providing the
following updates. We are finalizing our letter to Pratt Rd. landowners(see minutes
re: their concerns). We will meet on December 301h to do a final (hopefully) edit and
send the letter out in the first few weeks of January 2015.
Please find below the minutes of our November 2014 Meeting.

We met to review the letter we propose to send to the landowners on Pratt Rd. This
letter is in accord with the CDP Strategy 4.6: Improve Existing Roadway System and
Create Emergency ByPass Roads. (Pg 79 )
Keoni McKillop identified the concerns of many of the landowners. Their concerns
are that by allowing greater access there would be drug use and illegal dumping.
We reviewed the proposed letter to identify what measures can be implemented to
allay their concerns.
