ROLL CALL <br />PRESENT <br />Hazel Beck, Chair <br />Cyd Hoffield, Vice -Chair <br />Farrah -Marie Gomes, Rec. Secretary <br />Mele Spencer, Treasurer <br />Carol Kitaoka <br />Brooke Derby <br />Belinda Hall (ex -officio) <br />A quorum was present. <br />EXCUSED <br />Roxanne Costa, Corr. Secretary <br />Elena Cabatu (ex -officio) <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Cyd moved to approve the agenda, Carol seconded. Agenda was approved <br />as submitted. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />On page 3, in the last item under IX, A, remove (?). It is confirmed that Cyd <br />will contact Youth Challenge for event support. <br />On page 4, under X, E replace XXX with Mele to reflect that Mele seconded <br />the motion to support the event with up to $200 if available. <br />Hawai'i County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />
