Aloha,
I am seeking your knowledgeable advice regarding the issue of squatting and adverse
possession. My office has received numerous complaints from residents seeking relief from
unwanted neighbors.
Perhaps you can point me in the right direction. On the other side of this sheet I have some
questions for you in a fillable form; please answer them to the best of your ability and return the
sheet back to me (contact information is in the letterhead above).
Please note that your respones to this survey will be made part of the public record and will be
posted online at www.hawaiicounty.gov/district4.
Thank you very much for your help; together we can figure this out.
Mahalo,
