My office has received numerous complaints from residents seeking relief from unwanted neighbors. Perhaps you can point me in the right direction. On the other side of this sheet I have some questions for you in a fillable form; please answer them to the best of your ability and return the sheet back to me (contact information is in the letterhead above).
