1. In your experience, how prevalent is the issue of squatting and adverse possession?
Here in Sea View estates it is obvious the population has increased . It is not just the
squatting it is the in your face behavior. getting roosters to torment people and behaving
aggressively if anyone complains.
2. In what communities and districts do squatting and adverse possession appear most
prominent?
Seaview Estates
The castle house where they were invited on craigslist etc.by a less than sane owner.
being as there are too many they have spread out over the area,
3. When you receive notice or a complaint about these situations, what is your normal
course of action?
not get involved
4. What kinds of complications have arisen in the past that have prevented a successful
resolution of the situation?
hostile and crazy acting people do not care about anyone else's rights

housing for the poor OR one way tickets back to mainland
having to wait to get food stamps might help.

The number of homeless will continue to grow if we do nothing
