Kaiholena Lot F
The purchase should close this month.
The purchase is a combination of the following groups: Legacy Land, HILT (conservation
easement), Ala Kaha Kai Trail association.
Kohala Shoreline, LLC
We would like to have the landowner or its representatives come to our next access group
meeting to discuss our concerns.
A couple of corrections from Greg Moores regarding the site visit:
We do propose a mauka-makai pedestrian access about a third of the way up from the
southern boundary along with public parking stalls, which we showed the participants of
the site visit.
We also anticipate that the two existing permitted access points along the highway will be
required to have acceleration and deceleration lanes.
Whatever DOT requires will be provided
