Call to Order: 5:10 p.m.
Call for Approval of Minutes as Circulated (May 26, 2015): Approved as circulated
Old Business:
• Update on Ad hoc Committee initiated by Greggor Ilagan
Ilagan continues to work on draft for committee and plans to introduce to Council at August 2015 Council Meeting.
• Need to schedule meetings with the following:
o Representative San Buenaventura – in progress
o Representative Onishi – in progress o Senator Ruderman – June 24, 2015 o Representative Gabbard o Senator Schatz
New Business:
• Open Discussion on Topics of Concern to CERS members and others in
attendance
o Report by Hannah Hedrick on formation of Citizen’s Action Committee to Improve East Hawaii Transportation o Discussion of Fern Acres work on Emergency Response Planning and the formation of a 501 c-3
