EXECUTIVE SESSION (Closed to the Public)
The commission will meet in executive session to consult with Corporation Counsel on
questions and issues pertaining to the commission's powers, duties, privileges,
immunities, and liabilities; to consider sensitive matters relating to public safety; and to
work on the annual evaluation of the Fire Chief.
• Training by Deputy Corporation Counsel Ng on the commission's duties and
responsibilities and the Sunshine Law.
• The commission will work on the annual evaluation of Fire Chief Darren Rosario.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
The next two monthly meetings are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November
4, 2015, in the Puna Conference Room, Hawaii County Building, 25 Aupuni St., Hilo
and Wednesday, December 16, 2015, in the West Hawaii Civic Center, Building G
Conference Room, 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway, Kailua-Kona.
