NEW BUSINESS – 9:00 a.m. 1.APPLICANT: BRAD McCLARY (REZ 15-193) Application for a Change of Zone from Agricultural- 3 acres (A-3a) to Residential and Agricultural- 1 acre (RA-1a) for 2.73 acres of land. The property is located along the south side of Makalika Street, approximately 900 feet west of the Awa Street–Makalika Street intersection, Pana‘ewa House Lots, South Hilo, Hawai‘i, TMK: 2-2-052:027. 2.APPLICANT: MILO STREET VENTURES, INC. (REVOKE SPP 671) Request for the revocation of Special Permit No. 671, originally approved by the Planning Commission on August 15, 1988 and issued to Hawai‘i Anthurium Growers Cooperative to allow for the establishment of a processing and packing facility for anthuriums and other flowers and foliage on 2.082 acres of land situated within the State Land Use Agricultural District.
