The property is located along the south <br />side of Makalika Street, approximately 900 feet west of the Awa Street–Makalika Street <br />intersection, Pana‘ewa House Lots, South Hilo, Hawai‘i, TMK: 2-2-052:027. <br /> <br /> <br />2.APPLICANT: MILO STREET VENTURES, INC. (REVOKE SPP 671) <br /> <br />Request for the revocation of Special Permit No. 671, originally approved by the Planning <br />Commission on August 15, 1988 and issued to Hawai‘i Anthurium Growers Cooperative to <br />allow for the establishment of a processing and packing facility for anthuriums and other <br />flowers and foliage on 2.082 acres of land situated within the State Land Use Agricultural <br />District.
