Agricultural is the prime objective of district 5 so You removed all rights to farm our largest 3 acre lots .
Being in 19 years non compliance and no payment shouldn't be HA sole purpose to Eminent domain

Dpw violated all easement compliance of Moho . You have not compensated FTR but they did fail all
Covenants and code .
FTR should not go to only HPP , & volcano The urbanization expansion is ridiculous .
leaving out of Keaau , Kurtistown , mountainview to public input for shipman is not community input . ,
Cdp as written is rejected :
Since 1989 general plan it is proved that it was falsely written to benefit only white people from other
states . This has cost us 250 million in Damages .
Its an excuse of land grabbing for foreign developers .
As reapportionment and redistricting continued ; the Cdp despite not being in our district is absurd .
Not being in our districts is non representative
Denying HA ; the largest pure agricultural subdivision no public or private input .the County and Dpw ,

We reject any amendments , plans until paid and bought out as original law stated .

Plan from pdcp is only for developers and lobbyists .
General plan gives 4 transfer stations to 200 People . Removed all public used roads in Commercial
zoning and it's precept is only for eminent domain .

Broke the law this is a serious violation of Federally mandated community input
We reject the general plan as racist and ethnocentric , and rewritten by private lobbyists . .
None of county council knows enough evidence to truly be objective in passing it .
