Kohala Waterfront, and Kohala Shoreline, LLC - (Strategies 2.4-2.6 NKCDP).

2. Pratt Road — Identified as a possible emergency bypass route around Hawi
and Kapa'au (Strategy 4.6 — NKCDP).
3. Update on potable water system — (Strategy 4.5 — NKCDP)
D. Affordable Housing — No subcommittee report.
E. Agriculture
1. Diversified and sustainable agriculture report (Strategy 1.4 — NKCDP)
F. Historical and Cultural Preservation
1. Report on organizing efforts of historical and cultural preservation
subcommittee.
2. Update on resources used to find information on historic sites that have
already been identified and registered (Strategy 1.7 — NKCDP).

working days (prior to meeting date) of becoming a lobbyist {Article 15, Section 2-91.3 (b),
Hawaii County Code}. A lobbyist means "any individual engaged for pay or other
consideration who spend more than five hours in any month or $275 in any six-month
period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action by
communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials." {Article 15, Section 2-
91.3(a) (6), Hawaii County Code}
