Meeting — November 24, 2015 Keaau Community Center

MINUTES
Call to Order: 5:00 p.m.
Call for Approval of Minutes as Circulated (November 24, 2015)
Present: Patti Pinto, Farris Etterlee, June Conant, Russ Owens, Marlene Hapai, Chair
Old Business:
• Update on Ad hoc Committee initiated by Gregor Ilagan
Connectivity Location Site Visits — Friday October 30, 2015
Site Visit Report with Photos and Comments regarding proposed
Connectivity Locations.
It was decided that for each Connectivity Location the Tax Map Key (TMK)
and other information would be gathered to acquire the connection. A
narrative would be produced including this information and presented first to
the CER Subcommittee then to the Ad hoc Committee on Puna Connectivity.
• Update on meeting schedule with the following to gain support for
connectivity implementation:
• Representative Gabbard
• Senator Schatz
• Senator Lorraine Inouye, State Senate Transportation Chair
No meetings scheduled thus far.
New Business:
• Open Discussion on Topics of Concern to CERS members and others in
attendance
None
