MEETING MINUTES
Complaint Hearing

CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Donald David called the meeting to order at 2:23 p.m.
Present were: Board Members Donald David, Wesley Takai, Reiko Ford, Melvin Ventura
and Richard Dinges; Deputy Corporation Counsel Renee Schoen; Real Property Tax
Administrator Stanley Sitko, and Real Property Appeals Board Clerk Elizabeth `Nina' Swain.
STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no statements from the public.
COMPLAINT HEARING
County informed the Board that there were no complaints filed and received by the Real
Property Tax Division on behalf of the Board.
OLD BUSINESS
No discussion held on old business.
NEW BUSINESS
No discussion held on new business.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Mrs. Ford was recognized by Mr. Sitko for her service to the Board for the past two (2) years
and presented with a Certificate of Appreciation from the County of Hawaii. Mrs. Ford's term
ends on December 31, 2015. Mr. David thanked Mrs. Ford for her service and commended
her for expertise as a Board Member as she had previously completed a five (5) year term on
the Board before agreeing to fill the two-year vacancy. The remaining Members also
thanked Mrs. Ford for her service and shared their positive remarks and experiences as it
was a pleasure to work with her.
