MEETING MINUTES
Complaint Hearing

CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Scott Church called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.
Present were: Board Members Scott Church, Donald David, Reiko Ford and Richard Dinges;
Deputy Corporation Counsel Craig Masuda; Real Property Tax Administrator Stanley Sitko,
and Real Property Appeals Board Clerk Elizabeth `Nina' Swain.
STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no statements from the public.
COMPLAINT HEARING
County informed the Board that there were no complaints filed and received by the Real
Property Tax Division on behalf of the Board.
OLD BUSINESS
No discussion held on old business.
NEW BUSINESS
No discussion held on new business.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Mr. Church was recognized for his service to the Board for the past three (3) years as his
term ends on December 31, 2014. Mr. David stated that it was a pleasure working with Mr.
Church and had learned a lot from him. Mrs. Ford and Mr. Dinges thanked Mr. Church for
his service, leadership and the knowledge that he brought to the Board.
