CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Scott Church called the meeting to order at 10:10 a.m.
Present were: Board Members Scott Church, Albert Kualii, Michael D'Amico and Donald
David; Deputy Corporation Counsel Craig Masuda; Real Property Assistant Tax
Administrator Lisa Nahoopii, Real Property Tax Appraisal Supervisor Jon Pike and Real
Property Appeals Board Clerk Elizabeth `Nina' Swain.
STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no statements from the public.
COMPLAINT HEARING
TM K 1-1-041-176-0000
JAMES TROUT
Complaint dated August 4, 2013, was presented to the Board. Complainant was not present.
The Board wanted to consider it in detail but since it had no grounds for objection, the Board
could not respond to the complaint.
Complaint was filed.
No other members from the public were present to testify.
No other complaints were received by the Real Property Tax Division on behalf of the Board.

No discussion held on new business.

No announcements were made.
ADJOURNMENT
Mr. David moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Mr. Church. Motion passed by
a vote of 4:0.
