MEETING MINUTES
Appeal Hearings
Wednesday, November 28, 2012

CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Albert Kualii called the meeting to order at 9:25 a.m.
Present were: Board Members Albert Kualii, Wesley Takai and Scott Church; Deputy
Corporation Counsel Craig Masuda; and Board Secretary Nina Swain.
Absent were: Board Member Michael D'Amico; Real Property Tax Administrator Stanley
Sitko and Appraisal Supervisor Jon Pike.
Note: Real Property Tax staff was attending a mandatory appraisal training class.
STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no statements from the public.
APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES
Board Members were provided with copies of the November 13 and 14 meeting minutes. No
corrections were noted.
Mr. Takai moved to accept the minutes of the November 13 hearings. Seconded by Mr.
Church. A call for discussion was made. Motion passed by a vote of 3:0.

Church. A call for discussion was made. Motion passed by a vote of 3:0.
COMPLAINT HEARING
No members from the public were present to testify.
No complaints were received by the Real Property Tax Division on behalf of the Board.
Complaint hearing closed at 9:30 a.m.
OLD BUSINESS
No discussion held on old business.
NEW BUSINESS
No discussion held on new business.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Board Members and Mr. Masuda thanked Mr. Takai for his service on the Board and to the
people of the community. They expressed Mr. Takai's value to the Board with all of his
knowledge and expertise and that he will surely be missed by all those involved.

Meeting adjourned at 9:35 a.m.
