KAUILA HAUMEA- longtime advocate for beach access and ocean activities for people with
disabilities,
GAIL YOSHISHIGE- Direct Support Worker at Full Life, consistent and dedicated long term
support to include people with disabilities in our community.
PAUL PASCUA- self -advocate and member of the Recreation Ad -Hoc Committee, for his
Adventurous Spirit and dedication to improving beach access and recreational activities for
people with disabilities.
JESSIE MCDONALD- Habtec worker for Bayada, for consistent and dedicated long term
support to include people with disabilities in our community.
JANICE MANCINI- self -advocate, for her Adventurous Spirit and dedication to improving
beach access and recreational activities for people with disabilities
ALISA MITCHENER- Recreation Specialist IV for the County of Hawai'i, for her devotion
and commitment to improve public access to our County recreational facilities including its
programs, services, and activities.
TERI SPINOLA-CAMPBELL-County of Hawaii Equal Opportunity Office who has devoted
many years of service to the people of Hawai'i to increase the accessible features of our
County buildings, roadways and public services.

NOTICE TO LOBBYISTS
If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five days of becoming a
lobbyist (Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawaii County Code).
A lobbyist means, "any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five
hours in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative
or administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials." (Article
15, Section 2-91.3(a)(6), Hawaii County Code.)
