<br /> <br />NOTICE OF CANCELLATION <br />LEEWARD PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JUNE 16, 2016 <br /> <br />the County of Hawai‘i Leeward <br />The public meeting and hearings scheduled by <br />Planning Commission <br /> on Thursday, June 16, 2016, at the West Hawai‘i Civic Center, <br />Community Center, Building G, 75-5044 Ane Keohokālole Highway, Kailua-Kona, <br />Hawai‘i, have been cancelled. The hearings were scheduled for: <br /> <br /> <br />1.APPLICANT: BOLTON INC. (SPP 16-188) <br />Application for a Special Permit to allow for a baseyard/staging yard for equipment, <br />storage of materials, stockpiling and crushing of natural materials for commercial use <br />and a security dwelling situated on a 9.23-acre portion of a 23.738-acre property <br />situated within the State Land Use Agricultural District. The property is located at 75- <br />476 Hualālai Road, approximately 700 feet east of its intersection with Queen <br />Kaʻahumanu Highway, Kahului 1st, North Kona, Hawai‘i, TMK:7-5-017:044. <br /> <br /> <br />2.APPLICANT: ROYAL ALII LLC (SMA 05-007) <br />Request to amend Condition No. 2 (time to secure Final Subdivision Approval) of <br />Special Management Area Use Permit No. 05-007, which was originally approved on <br />July 19, 2006, to allow a 19-unit, single-family residential development and related <br />uses.
