The proposed signs will replace the faces of an existing freestanding <br />ground sign and an existing wall sign. <br /> <br /> Applicant: John Allen Sign Company <br />Landowner: Queen Liliuokalani Trust <br />TMK: (3) 7-4-015: 004 <br />Location: Project is located on the mauka side of Alapa Street at 74-5599 Alapa <br />Street in the Old Industrial Center <br /> <br /> <br />2.This application proposes to demolish 2 existing residences and replace them with <br />a 2-story, 8-unit condominium, with lofts above the second floor. The first floor <br />is constructed of wood using conventional methods of construction while the <br />second floor, roof trusses, lofts and exterior walkway are constructed of bamboo. <br /> <br /> Applicant: David E.
