Chair Dahlberg called the meeting to order and the Commissioners <br />introduced themselves. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. Minutes of the Meeting of June 7, 2016 <br /> <br />It was moved by Commissioner Sullenberger and seconded by Commissioner Kern that the <br /> <br />minutes be approved as submitted. The motion was unanimously carried by a voice vote. <br /> <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br /> – None. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br /> <br />1.This application is for a sign permit review to replace existing sign faces for PPG Paints. <br />The proposed signs will replace the faces of an existing freestanding ground sign and an <br />existing wall sign. Applicant: John Allen Sign Company. Landowner: Queen <br />Lili‘uokalani Trust. TMK: 7-4-015: 004. Location: Project is located on the mauka side <br />of Alapa Street at 74-5599 Alapa Street in the Old Industrial Center. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Dunlap familiarized the Commissioners with the location of the subject property on a map. <br />He displayed some photographs of the property and existing signs, and said that upon site visit he <br />1 <br /> <br />
