in Licensed Premises for a temporary 20X20 tent located in the back parking lot

4. Application No. T15-01, Castle Resorts & Hotels, Inc., dba Hilo Hawaiian

Commission of the Department of Liquor Control of the County of Hawaiʻi, State
of Hawaiʻi, requests permission to extend the application for sale and transfer of
its Hotel liquor license currently held by Hilo-Hawaiian Associates, Inc., dba Hilo
Hawaiian Hotel, for an additional six months, to March 3, 2017.

5. Application No. 14-39, Company Rum LLC dba Company Rum LLC,
pursuant to Rule 4-2-M of the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor Commission
of the Department of Liquor Control of the County of Hawaiʻi, State of Hawaiʻi,
requests permission to extend the time of issuance of its original Small Craft
Producer Pub liquor license, Category A, for an additional six months, to
February 6, 2017.
6. Mauna Lani Resort (Operation), Inc., dba The Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and
Bungalows, submits letter dated August 4, 2016, regarding the resignation of
Directors Akito Toba and Toyoaki Takahashi, the appointment of Tetsuaki Okada
as Director, resignation of his position as Assistant Treasurer, retains his position
as Vice President and Secretary and the Personal History and Affidavit for
Yoshinori Ogata, Director effective August 1, 2016, to its Hotel liquor license,
located at Mauna Lani Drive, Kalahuipuaʻa, South Kohala, Hawaiʻi.
7. Kmart Corporation dba Big KMART #7683, submits Personal History and
Affidavit for Scott Edward Huckins, Officer received July 28, 2016, effective
January 1, 2016, to its Retail General liquor license, located at
74-5465 Kamakaʻeha Avenue, Kailua-Kona, Hawaiʻi.
8. The Club at Hokuliʻa, Inc., dba The Club at Hokuliʻa, submits a revised officer
list dated July 21, 2016, for Richard Goodmanson, Secretary replacing Clay
Thomas who is now a Director and the Personal History and Affidavit for Sharon
Marshall, Director, effective June 20, 2016, to its Club liquor license,
