2. Pratt Road — Identified as a possible emergency bypass route around
Hawi and Kapa'au (Strategy 4.6 — NKCDP).
3. Update on potable water system — (Strategy 4.5 — NKCDP).
D. Power, View Planes and Erosion Control
�. Rural infrastructure standards— efforts to maintain Kohala's rural character
and to aid in keeping costs down for affordable housing projects (Strategy

working days (prior to meeting date) of becoming a lobbyist {Article 15, Section 2-91.3
(b), Hawaii County Code}. A lobbyist means "any individual engaged for pay or other
consideration who spend more than five hours in any month or $275 in any six-month
period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action by
communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials." {Article 15,
Section 2-91.3(a) (6), Hawaii County Code}

at 961-8288 as soon as possible, but no later than five working days prior to the
