To be recognized, please fill out and submit a request form to the <br />Planning Assistant or Steering Committee Chairperson prior to the completion of each Public <br />Comment portion of the meeting. Comments shall be limited to three (3) minutes per person. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The Steering Committee will consider the draft minutes of the March <br />15, 2016 meeting. <br />BUSINESS <br />1. CDP Planning Process Update: The CDP Planning Team will: <br />a. Summarize public participation during the community review of the Draft CDP <br />b. Summarize community feedback provided during the review <br />c. Review the remaining steps to CDP adoption and opportunities for public input <br />d.
