Liquor Commission of the Department of Liquor Control of the County of Hawaii,
State of Hawaii, for consumption of liquor while employed and in active charge of
the premises while the premises was open for business.

bottle in a manner to alter any portion of the original contents contained in the
bottle at the time of its closing of sealing.
