Open to all ages, the free event will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, October 31 . The Department of Parks and Recreation apologizes for any inconvenience the venue change might cause and thanks the public for its understanding to utilize a different venue with more parking to accommodate the large number of participants.
