<br />* Sign Permit/Sign Variance Applicants: The Department of Public Works (DPW) requests that
<br />sign permit/sign variance applications which require review by KVDC should be submitted to the
<br />Planning Department at least one week in advance of the KVDC application submittal deadline,
<br />to allow time for: (1) DPW review of the application for completeness and compliance with the
<br />basic dimensional and positioning requirements of the Sign Code and KVDC referral
<br />requirements, and (2) DPW referral to KVDC with required forms, copies and material samples.
