The Puna Community Development Plan (PCDP) Action Committee appreciates the opportunity
to respond to the report from the November 19, 2016 Puna Community Leaders Meeting. The
majority of comments received are aligned with actions and objectives outlined in the PCDP as
shown in the enclosed table. Your advocacy for legislation, programmatic initiatives and capital
improvement priories, related to the Puna CDP, is essential to successful implementation. We
encourage and appreciate the Council's continued support and look forward to working with
Councilmembers on the implementation of the PCDP.
