I was asked to evaluate the structural stability of the <br /> banyan trees and provide my professional recommendations. The report is <br /> based on background information gathered during the site investigation <br /> conducted on October 21, 2016. Attached is my report. <br /> It is my professional opinion that both trees are structurally sound at this time. <br /> However, tree #1 does pose an overall risk to property and/or life. Further <br /> maintenance or removal of this tree is recommended. The canopy of Tree#2 <br /> needs to be lifted approximately 30 feet and all dead wood removed throughout <br /> canopy. <br /> This cover letter is considered a part of the report and may not be used <br /> separately. <br /> Please contact me at 895-6537 if you have any questions or if I may be of further <br /> service regarding this matter.
