Approval of Addendum and/or Supplemental Agenda (requires six (6) votes, and <br />must comply with HRS § 92-7(d)) <br />BUSINESS OF COMMITTEE <br />1. Update/Discussion of Agenda Items by District 9 Council Member Tim Richards. <br />2. John Mueller will lead the Action Committee in a discussion to provide the <br />Planning Director with actions and activities to justify the Action Committee’s <br />need for monthly meetings. <br />3. The Action Committee will review and approve a letter drafted by Diane Kanealiʻi <br />for transmittal to Mayor Kim welcoming him to office. <br />4.
