PUBLIC TESTIMONY ON AGENDA ITEMS:
Testimony shall be limited to items on the agenda. Persons wishing to provide oral testimony are asked to
submit a completed request form to the Puna CDP project manager prior to the completion of each public
testimony portion of the meeting. Oral testimony shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item
during the Public Testimony on Agenda Items portion of the meeting or immediately prior to an agenda item,
subject to the discretion of the Chair of the Puna CDP Action Committee.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: January 10, 2017 AC Meeting
BUSINESS:
1. Communication No. 2017-5, Prioritization of Puna CDP actions and objectives: The
Action Committee will discuss and vote on actions and objectives from the PCDP as shown on
Communication 2017-5 to develop and approve a prioritization list that will be transmitted to
the Planning Director. Additionally, the AC will discuss and approve a priority list transmittal
letter to the Planning Director.
All Action Committee communications can be viewed and downloaded from the following website,
http://www.hawaiicountycdp.info/puna-cdp/implementation/puna-cdp-action-committee under
the respective year that it was received. The communications may also be requested from the Planning
Department by calling (808) 961-8288 or emailing punakhawaiicounty_gov.

communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials." (Article 15, Section 2 — 91.3(a)(6), Hawai'i County Code).
