assistance to enhance our understanding of performance measures and how they can
guide our efforts to achieve smarter and more sustainable transportation systems.
We have been discussing this topic with the State of Hawaii and other counties,
so this Smart Growth America technical assistance opportunity is timely in affording us
the expertise to help move us forward.
