RE: SB 453
Since SB 453 is on the agenda for decision-making only, I appreciate your
allowing this brief written testimony in strong support of this measure.
The fact that HSAC identified ambulance units for Kauai and Hawaii as priority
items is an indication of how much these additional services are needed.
While we all recognize that money is tight, we hope you can find a way to fully
fund SB 453, a lifesaving initiative.
