FROM: Harry Kim, Mayor
SUBJECT: Delegation of pCard Coordinator Responsibilities
In accordance with Section 10.2 of the Purchasing Card (PCard) Program and
Procedures, I am delegating the department head responsibilities as the Department
Purchasing Card Coordinator to Wil Okabe, Managing Director. In Mr. Okabe's
absence, Finance Director Collins Tomei will assume these responsibilities for the
Office of the Mayor.
I will continue to be responsible for the Managing Director.
