Advertised bid date will be in April 2017. (1st round of bids came in too high) 5 Construct a new mauka to makai connector roadway between Ali‘i Drive and Kuakini Highway. Sidewalks and bike lanes will be included. NTP = February 2018 Current Status: In design phase. 6 Extending Ane Keohokālole Highway from Hina Lani Street to Ka'iminani Drive. NTP = December 2020 Current Status: In the consultant selection process. 7 Roadway improvements/resurfacing from planned intersection of Ka'iminani Dr. with Ane Keohokālole Hwy. to the Queen Ka‘ahumanu Hwy. NTP = June 2017 8 Roadway reconstruction from Palani Road to the Queen Ka‘ahumanu Highway. A left turn pocket (left turn onto Henry St.) will be installed at the Palani Rd. and Henry St. intersection. NTP = TBA Current status: In design phase. 9 Replacing the functionally obsolete Ali‘i Drive culvert with a new bridge. STIP: Qualifies for 80% FHWA funding NTP = March 2018 Current status: In planning and design process. Compiling plans specs and estimates. 10 Developer wants to construct the roadway. A round-a-bout at the future Ali‘i Drive and Lako Street intersection.
