Mr. Domingo has been a resident of Hawai'i for nearly <br />3 years. He retired from the US Air Force as a Civilian Flight Test Engineer after 21 <br />years of civil service. Mr. Domingo also served 29 years of active and reserve military <br />service where he retired as a Chief Warrant Officer — 4, Civil Engineer Corps of the US <br />Navy. He holds a Bachelors and Masters of Science Degrees in Mechanical <br />Engineering wherein his studies included the study of water dynamics and hydraulic <br />systems. <br />Mr. Domingo is an active member of the Rotary Club, Big Island Retired Military <br />Association, American Legion, and Pualani Estates Homeowner's Association. <br />Mr. Domingo states that he is not affiliated with any political party.
