Dear Chairwoman Poindexter and Council Members:
It is my pleasure to nominate William Don Boswell, Jr. of Council District 8 to the
County of Hawai'i Water Board. Mr. Boswell has been a resident of Hawai'i for over 24
years. He is currently a Civil Project Manager for Kohanaiki Builders, LLC in Kailua-
Kona. Prior to that employment, Mr. Boswell worked for Bolton, Inc., a construction
company on the Big Island, for over 19 years.
Mr. Boswell states that he is not affiliated with any political party. If confirmed, he will
serve a term ending December 31, 2021.
