RE: Hawaii Interagency Council of Homelessness
Per HRS 346-382, the membership of the Hawaii Interagency Council of Homelessness is
comprised of a number of appointees. Item number seventeen(17) stipulates"a representative of
the continuum of care programs in each county, to be designated by the respective Mayors..."
The mayor's representative is also designated by the mayor as well.
As Mayor of County of Hawaii, I would like to designate as my representative Mr. Lance Niimi,
and the representative of the continuum of care Ms. Brandee Menino.
