RE: Notary Public Commission Application for Amber Kepoo
This office requests that Amber Kepoo be designated a "government notary". As
our clerical services assistant at the Office of the Mayor, she will perform the services of
a government notary without charge. Her services as a government notary includes
documents pertaining to government boards, commissions and/or departments.
As a public officer, Ms. Kepoo will assist other government agencies as needed
during normal business hours to notarize affidavits, contracts, memorandums of
understanding and the like. There will be approximately 15-20 notarial acts performed
per month.
