Gordon and George (Robbie) Robertson. <br />16 2 Members absent/excused: Julia Ann Alos, Roger Harris and Josephine (Jojo) <br />17 Tanimoto <br />18 3 Planning Department: Deanne Bugado, Ellsworth Huliheʻe <br />19 4 Public: Lisa Ferentinos, James Hustace, Roger Kanealiʻi Jr. and David Tarnas <br />20 STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC REGARDING ITEMS ON AGENDA <br />21 1. David Tarnas thanked the CDP AC members for their service. <br />22 PRESENTATION/DISCUSSION <br />23 1. Lisa Ferentinos with the University of Hawai‘i Sea Grant College Program <br />24 provided the Action Committee with the status of the Waiʻulaʻula Watershed <br />25 Project. <br />26 ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br />27 1. Minutes of the Meeting of September 26, 2016 – Committee member Robertson <br />28 moved to approve the minutes with the amendment of removing the word “the” <br />29 from Line 39 …. Committee be submitted as its \[the\] minutes and on Line 108 to <br />30 add Committee member Akau to the Kailapa Community Association Liaison <br />31 Group. Vice-Chair Kanealiʻi seconded the motion. A voice vote was taken and <br />32 the motion passed unanimously. <br />33 BUSINESS OF COMMITTEE <br />34 1. Reports – <br />35 a. Liaison Reports <br />36 i. Kawaihae – Vice-Chair Kanealiʻi stated that the Kawaihae group hasnʻt <br />37 met in a while. The group will meet with the community and go through <br />38 the applicable sections of the CDP to gather comments and proposed <br />39 actions to bring back to the AC. Vice-Chair requested to table this item to <br />40 the call of the Chair. No objections were heard. <br />41 ii. Waikoloa – Committee Member Gordon presented his report as <br />42 submitted from the Waikoloa Leadership Council meeting dated <br />43 10/26/2016. <br /> <br />
