I am the newly-elected Mayor of the County of Hawaii. I learned that County of
Hawai'i and Gokseung County developed a sister city relationship in 2013. Dr.
Hoon Park, a friend of mine, informed me that seven Hawaii farmers have been
invited to go to Korea for a special poultry farm skill seminar.
