Sparky Kawamoto Pool Closed for Repairs from Monday, June 26
The Hawai‘i County Department of Parks and Recreation announces the emergency
closure for repairs of the Sparky Kawamoto Swimming Pool as of Monday, June 26,
2017, until further notice.
All keiki swim lessons will be held at the NAS Pool at their regularly scheduled times.
We will be offering the following public swim hours at NAS Pool:
o Mondays & Wednesdays:
Public Rec & Adult Lap Swim: 5:30 a.m.-9 a.m.
o Saturdays/ Sundays:
Public Rec swim: 8:30 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.
Adult Lap swim: 11 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
Public Rec Swim: 1:30 pm – 4 p.m.
The schedules are subject to change, based on staff availability. We sincerely apologize
for any inconveniences, and we are working to complete the repairs as soon as
possible.
