The purpose of this request is to better inform the AC of the existing requirements confronting potential market operators and/or vendors desiring to secure a “Farmers Market Permit” for operations at a “designated area” under Chapter 8, §15-72, HCC, prior to the AC offering suggestions to the County for any potential code or rules changes that may be necessary to facilitate the strategic implementation of Regional, Village and Neighborhood Village Centers in the Puna District.
