We will continue to do our part in helping to achieve this goal <br /> for the County of Hawai'i. <br /> It has come to my attention that the Hawai'i Finance and Development Corporation is planning to sell <br /> six (6) state-owned affordable housing projects which includes the La'ilani Apartments in Kailua- <br /> Kona. I am very much interested in sitting down with you to discuss the possibility of transferring the <br /> ownership and control of La'ilani to our County.
