Thank you for inviting me to the Ikaho Hawaiian Festival “Hula Festival” on August 3 –
August 6, 2017 in Shibukawa, Japan.
Unfortunately, I am not able to attend the Hula Festival. Wil Okabe, Managing Director
for the County of Hawai'i, along with his wife Merle Okabe, will attend the Hula Festival
