Under Mr. Higa's leadership, Na Leo TV has been transformed into a dynamic player in our community, doing vigorous outreach that has had real impact in enhancing our quality of information. Na Leo TV took a quantum leap in terms of its technology and content over the past five years. From a viewer's standpoint, it has vastly improved in every respect. Hawai'i County, situated on an island, urgently needs a timely and trustworthy local source of news, information and public affairs programming. Since Mr. Higa took the helm at Na Leo TV five years ago, the network has become the go -to place for our residents to find out what's going on in government and community affairs. Mr. Higa and his excellent team have shown a deep commitment to informing our community in a clear, unbiased way.
