NEW BUSINESS
1. Proposal: The applicant is proposing to build, the Kona Brewery, a two (2) story,
37,025 s.f. structure with parking and landscaping on a lot between Kuakini Highway
and Pawai Place, south of Kaiwi Street.
Applicant: Riehm Owensby Planners Architects LLC
Landowner: Liliuokalani Trust Estates/Kona Brewery LLC

OLD BUSINESS
Commission is continuing the discussion of possible creation of Investigatory Committee
to address Sign Issues in Kailua Village Special District. Discussion is to identify
reasons for committee, scope and assignment of members.

others to communicate with public officials.” {Article 15, Section 2-91.3 (a) (6), Hawai‘i
County Code.}

961-8288 as soon as possible, but no later than five working days prior to the meeting
date, to arrange for accommodations. “Other reasonable modification” refers to
communication methods or devices for people with disabilities who are mentally and/or
physically challenged.
