Next meeting is tentatively scheduled for October 17, 2017 in Hilo th B. November meeting tentatively scheduled for November 14 C. No meeting will be held in December Executive Session: The Game Management Advisory Commission anticipates it may convene in one or more executive sessions regarding the above matters listed on the agenda, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4 and 92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting with the Board’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A 2/3 vote pursuant to HRS Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive session. Anyone wishing to discuss an item that does not appear on the agenda should call the commission secretary at 323-4444 or email donna.urban-higuchi@hawaiicounty.gov to have the subject placed on the next available agenda.
