APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br /> <br />Dwayne Yoshina made an amendment to section 5, paragraph 5 to reflect, <br />“Commissioner Tom Lodge spoke to Mr. Cogswell…”. The minutes are <br />approved as corrected. Seconded by Willie-Joe Camara. Motion carried <br />unanimously by a voice vote. <br /> <br />3.
